In the first half of 2022, a lathe with motorized tools, a gear maker, a broaching machine and a gear shaving machine were added to the production line, all with the aim of increasing the product offer. The entry of new machinery is also planned in this second semester, which we will communicate.

For this new stage, training programs were launched in conjunction with the Basque-Argentine Training Institute with a 90-day Intensive in-Company Program.

In this last time, new machinery was acquired to continue advancing in the works and for this, a series of trainings were given seeking a constant update that allows improving and optimizing the work processes.

The purpose is to be aligned with the latest developments in the sector and the labor universe, from the teams to the human resources area, where diversity and equal conditions are promoted for the entire Team.
